Worth the investment May 15, 2016

This device is easy to install and use, and it works great. The control panel unit attaches to handlebars with velcro straps.

The switch for detecting brake use is a very clever and simple design. Attached by a wire to the control panel is a rubber piece which just slips over the brake lever. The rubber piece contains a switch, so when your fingers pull on the brake lever they press in the switch to turn on the brake light.

Unlike other wireless units which I've owned, there's no communication or synchronization problems between the control panel and the rear lights unit.. Just put in the batteries and you're good to go.

The LED indicators in the control panel that show when the turn signals are blinking are a bit hard to see in bright sunlight, but the brake and turn signal lights themselves are visible in daylight.

If you ride in traffic a lot and want a reliable signal and brake light system to let cars know what you're doing, the Q-Lite is worth the price tag.
